Cal-Best Construction Co. Inc. was established in 1985 by owners Jim and Niki Strate. Cal-Best specializes in commercial and residential insurance claim restoration/repairs, new construction, and remodeling.

Jim has over 30 years of experience as a general contractor working in the insurance repair industry. Together with his wife Niki, they have established a company with an outstanding reputation. Their son, Justin, joined the company in 2002 as a senior estimator and project manager. Justin is also a licensed general contractor. Both Jim and Justin manage and estimate all projects.

Cal-Best prides itself in being family owned and operated that provides individual attention to each project. This consists of excellent workmanship performed in a timely and clean manner by ONLY licensed, insured and bonded craftsmen.
